
Gajic Recalled to Albany

ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades president and general manager Craig Brush in coordination with head coach Malcolm Cameron announced that right wing Milan Gajic has been recalled for the second time this season to American Hockey League affiliate Albany. In addition, veteran defenseman Ryan Van Buskirk was placed on the seven-day injured reserve while center Mike Bayrack was activated off the three-day injured reserve.
Milan Gajic, 28, has appeared in four games and recorded one goal with Albany this season. Despite being placed on the 21-day injured list in November, the Burnaby, British Columbia native has recorded 30 points for the 'Blades (12g, 18a) in 22 games.
Veteran Everblade Ryan Van Buskirk has been placed on the seven-day injured reserve. Since being signed January 5, 30-year-old Van Buskirk has appeared in eight games recording two assists with 12 minutes in penalties.
Forward Mike Bayrack was activated today off the three-day injured list. Bayrack was injured in the Everblades 4-3 overtime loss on February 12 at South Carolina. He has missed the last eight games due to a lower body injury. The thirty-one-year-old Bayrack, who was acquired from Gwinnett, has skated in 12 games for the Everblades and notched four goals and five assists with 16 minutes in penalties.
