
Gaffney Named to Central Division All-Rookie Team

Aberdeen Wings forward Kyle Gaffney has been named to the NAHL's 2020-21 Central Division All-Rookie team following a banner year in Aberdeen.
Gaffney recorded three goals and 18 assists in 45 games played during the regular season. In his seven postseason games, he's notched two goals and three assists for the Wings.

Forward: Kyle Gaffney, Aberdeen Wings
Forward: Blake Perbix, St. Cloud Norsemen
Forward: Will Traeger, Minnesota Wilderness
Defense: Ben Dexheimer, Austin Bruins
Defense: Luke Gramer, Bismarck Bobcats
Goalie: Paxton Geisel, St. Cloud Norsemen
According to the NAHL's website, NAHL players that have not played in a junior league or team prior to the 2020-21 season (any junior league or team in any location, foreign or domestic), or entered the season having played less than 10 NAHL regular season games, are considered rookies and eligible for All-Rookie recognition and honors by the NAHL.
