In Memoriam: Remembering Eric Lundberg

Lone Star Brahmas News Release
With a heavy heart, the Lone Star Brahmas organization is sad to report the passing of former Brahma, Eric Lundberg. Eric was a member of the first Brahma championship team in 2009 when the team was a member of the Central Hockey League. Eric was selected as a third-round draft pick to the Colorado Avalanche (#94 overall in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft) and played NCAA hockey for Providence College. He later would embark on a pro career that saw him move back and forth from the AHL to the ECHL before putting a bow on his career with a championship here in Brahmaland.
Eric is now the second member of the 2009 Brahmas Championship team to pass away. He leaves behind two young children, Ty and Zoey. In lieu of sending flowers, please consider donating to their college fund.
Rest in peace Eric, your contributions to Brahmas Hockey will never be forgotten.
