
Werner Selected to All-NAHL Rookie & East Division's Rookie Teams

The North American Hockey League (NAHL) today has announced its All-Rookie Teams for the 2020-21 season, as voted upon and selected by the league's 23 head coaches. The NAHL has also named All-Rookie Teams in each of the four divisions. The Titans' Evan Werner was named to the NAHL All-Rookie and East Division's Rookie teams.
Werner was tied for third on the team in total points with 36 (21 goals and 15 assists). However, he led the Titans in goals with 21. He also led the team with four game winning goals. He played in 40 games this past season.
The Flower Mound, TX native received weekly/monthly league recognition four times this season. He was honorable mention for forward of the month for the month of January, and he was the East Division's second star of the week for week ending December 6 and honorable mention for October 25.
NAHL players that have not played in a junior league or team prior to the 2020-21 season (any junior league or team in any location, foreign or domestic), or entered the season having played less than 10 NAHL regular season games, are considered rookies and eligible for All-Rookie recognition and honors by the NAHL.
