MUSKEGON, MI.--- With their 15th season as the United Hockey League's all-time top winning team set to begin, the Muskegon Fury, in concert with Synergy Broadcast Group, have announced on this date a brand new radio home for the ever-popular Fury Monday night program for the 2006-07 UHL season.
FURY HOTLINE will return for an unprecedented 12th consecutive year at its new radio address of WWKR-FM 94.1, "WEST MICHIGAN'S 94 K-ROCK." The popular weekly Fury show will premiere MONDAY NIGHT, OCTOBER 2ND FROM 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. In this new season, the Fury radio program also will have a brand new host with the most as CUTI'S SPORTS BAR & GRILL, located on Laketon at Seaway Drive will serve as the new backdrop for the show's live studio audience.
Under this all-new programming arrangement, FURY HOTLINE will be presented live on radio on WWKR-FM "94 K-ROCK" as well as on the FURY INTERNET through the Fury's official web-site at www.furyhockey.com., for the full two hours of 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
Having maintained its community-wide, high visibility and high-profile as the "best two hours of Muskegon area radio," FURY HOTLINE, again, will be programmed every Monday night with the Fury players, coaches, manage-ment personnel, UHL officials and many other hockey-related personalities and dignitaries among the many varieties of featured guests.
As has always been the case, everyone is invited to attend the live Fury radio shows and be a part of the live studio audience. It represents a great opportunity for fans and friends alike to gather and enjoy the fun as well as get up close and personal with their favorite Fury players and personalities. The fun-filled show also features plenty of prize contests and giveaways. Meanwhile, listeners on both WWKR-FM "94 K-ROCK" and the FURY INTERNET will also be invited to participate in the program by phoning in to pose their questions, make their comments or, just simply, state their case.
Recently named Fury head coach BRUCE RAMSAY will be the lead-off guest to launch the 12th season of this popular Muskegon radio program.
TERRY FICORELLI, the "Voice of the Fury," and the only two-time winner of the UHL Broadcaster of the Year Award, will, again, emcee the program from the CUTI'S SPORTS BAR & GRILL stage as well as all of the West Michigan listener-ship on "94 K-ROCK."
This is the first year that Synergy Broadcast Group and WWKR-FM "94 K-ROCK" will partner with the Fury in the presentation of this program.
This will mark the second consecutive year in which the FURY HOTLINE SHOW also will air on the FURY INTERNET at www.furyhockey.com.
