WORCESTER, MA â The Worcester IceCats today announced that the Johnny Pohl Bobblehead Night promotion, sponsored by Coca-Cola and Honey Farms, has been moved from Friday, March 26th to Saturday, April 10th as part of Fan Appreciation Weekend. An unforeseen shipping delay outside of the IceCats control has prompted this change.
Coca-Cola, Honey Farms and the IceCats will be giving away 2,000 Rally Towels this Friday night and will provide 1,000 bobbleheads on April 10th. The third in a set of three, the much anticipated giveaway featuring Johnny Pohl wearing the IceCats 10th Anniversary jersey closes out a set that included Terry Virtue in a 1996-97 IceCats uniform and Eric Boguniecki, donning a 2001 US Flag jersey.
The IceCats are home at Worcester's Centrum Centre for 7:05 face-offs against the Hartford Wolf Pack and Portland Pirates on Friday and Saturday, respectively. Worcester wraps up their three-game weekend home slate with a 4:05 tilt against the Providence Bruins on Sunday.
