LAST WEEK: Fresno went 1-1-0 last week, opening the week with a loss in Las Vegas before rebounding with a win over Stockton on Saturday. The Falcons are 24-15-4 for 52 points and are in third place of the Pacific Division, five points behind Bakersfield and Las Vegas.
Tuesday, January 30 @ Las Vegas Wranglers 3 FALCONS 2
After falling behind 1-0, Rob McFeeters ended Fresno's scoreless streak at 209:43 tallying a power-play goal 10:34 into the second period. But, the Wranglers added two more goals before the period ended, taking a 3-1 lead into the third period. Luke Curtin pulled the Falcons back within one with a shorthanded goal at 10:05 of the third period, but the Falcons would get no closer.
Saturday, February 3 vs. Stockton FALCONS 3 Thunder 1
A Falcons' team-record 14,023 fans, the seventh largest crowd in the 19-year history of the ECHL, packed the Save Mart Center as Fresno ended its five-game winless streak with a 3-1 win over Stockton. The Thunder took a 1-0 lead into the second period, but a pair of power-play goals by John Wroblewski in the first 5:32 of the second gave the Falcons a 2-1 lead. Luke Curtin set the final with another power-play goal at 11:35 of the final period. The three power-play goals were a season high for the Falcons. Ryan MacDonald earned his 13th win of the season, turning aside 36 Stockton shots.

Fresno makes its second trip of the season to Anchorage to take on the Aces. The Falcons went 1-2-0 during a three-game series at Sullivan Arena in December. Alaska has been one of the hottest teams in the ECHL over the last two months going 19-4-2 in its last 25 games. Overall this season, the Aces are 30-12-2 for an ECHL best 62 points.
Friday, February 9 vs. Las Vegas 7:30 p.m.
The Falcons take on the Wranglers for the seventh of eight times this season, and for the final time in Fresno. The Falcons are 3-3-0 overall against the Wranglers, and 2-1-0 at home. Las Vegas is 23-9-11 for 57 points and is tied with Bakersfield for first place in the Pacific Division, five points ahead of Fresno.
PROMOTIONS: The Falcons will be wearing red hearts on the back of their helmets in celebration of February being national Go Red for Women Heart Month, to remember those who have passed away of heart disease and to celebrate those who have survived. Friday's game also includes a Guns and Hoses Broomball Game where area police and fire departments will duke it out for Broomball Supremacy. The Falcons also welcome the Central Valley Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts to the game. Prior to the game, all fans are invited to listen to "Chalk Talk" on the concourse, where Falcons' Head Coach Matt Thomas will review the team's game strategy for the match-up against the Wranglers. Following the game, fans are invited to join Falcons' players at Logan's Roadhouse, located at 7507 N. Blackstone Ave. for a post-game party, featuring food and drink specials.

- Luke Curtin needs one goal for 200 in his pro career and five points for 500 in his ECHL career.
- Rob McFeeters has set career highs in both goals (11) and points (24).
- The Falcons have not scored more than four goals in a game since November 11, a span of 34 games.
- Fresno is tied with Florida for the most shorthanded goals in the league with 17.
- The Falcons possess the league's best defense, allowing a league low 2.37 goals against per game.
