Fresno Falcons Sign Brian Anthony

Fresno, CA...The Fresno Falcons have announced that Brian Anthony, a long time radio personality in Fresno (Peak Broadcasting, Mega 97.9) has signed on for his 18th Season as the Public Address Announcer for the Fresno Falcons.

"Brian Anthony is the best PA Announcer in all of hockey and we are proud that he will return for his 18th season. Brian is a very important piece of our Falcons game entertainment product, especially as it pertains to our move back to Fresno's home for ice hockey, Selland Arena. The Falcons re-open Selland Arena this Friday night at 7:35pm against the Bakersfield Condors. Friday will mark the first professional hockey game played in downtown Fresno since the spring of 2003. Every seat at Selland Arena is brand new and bigger and a great seat!

Friday's game features a tribute to the late # 7 Mike Mathers with a jersey retirement ceremony, an alumni reunion, and a post game jersey auction to benefit the Jr. Falcons. Opening night is presented by: Eye-Q, PG&E, KSEE 24, 104.1 It Just Rocks, and 95.7 The Fox.
