
Force to hold Bobblehead Night

Cleveland Force News Release
The Cleveland Force and University Hospitals of Cleveland will host the first bobblehead night featuring the "Dynamic Duo" of Zoran Karic and Hector Marinaro this Saturday night. The first 2,500 fans age 14 and under will receive a complimentary "Dynamic Duo" Bobblehead courtesy of University Hospitals. The "Dynamic Duo" Bobblehead is a first of its kind featuring a tandem of this magnitude. During the recent bobblehead craze, no tandem like that of Karic and Marinaro has ever been featured together on the same bobblehead.
STEAMING BACK INTO CLEVELAND:
The Force will play host to the St. Louis steamers for the first time this season and it wall also make the first trip to Cleveland for a St. Louis team since January 16, 2000 when the Ambush fell to the Crunch 20-11. The last time a St. Louis team under the banner of the Steamers played in Cleveland was on February 12, 1988 when the Force defeated St. Louis 5-3 at the Richfield Coliseum.
OLD FACES RETURN:
Former Force players Steve Butcher and DJ Newsom as well as former Crunch defender Matt Caution will all make their first trip back to Cleveland. Butcher was selected by the Steamers in the MISL Expansion draft and Newsom was traded to St. Louis during the summer. Butcher leads the Steamers and is 11th in the MISL in scoring with 30 points. Newsom has appeared in 16 games and has recorded two goals and 13 blocks while Caution has played in 10 games and has recorded an assist and 12 blocks.
POST-GAME HEADQUARTERS:
The Cleveland Hilton Garden Inn and Harvey's Bar is the official post game party headquarters of the Cleveland Force. After every home game, Force players will be in attendance to talk with fans as well as sign autographs. The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 1100 Carnegie Avenue between the Convocation Center at CSU and Jacobs Field. The Force players will arrive 30-45 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
FORCE RADIO NETWORK:
Cleveland Force fans will be able to follow the club all season long on the Force Radio Network. All thirty-six regular season games, as well as all playoff games will be aired. The flagship station for Force soccer is WHK 1220 AM in Cleveland and WHKW 1440 AM in Warren. Thesportsking.com will be streaming all the games live on the Internet at www.thesportsking.com.
