Force Head Coach Cary Eades Amasses 100 Wins

FARGO, ND - Fargo Force head coach and general manager Cary Eades amassed 100 wins with the hockey club on Sunday in Sioux City with a 3-1 win over the Musketeers.

Eades was named the head coach and general manager in May of 2015 and has since led the team to an overall record of 100-60-14 over three seasons. The Force are currently on a six game winning streak and are 9-1 in their last ten games. They have outscored opponents 31-7 in those six games. Overall in the USHL, the Force are ranked third for most goals scored this season and first for least goals scored against. The team also currently has the best overall power play record in the USHL.

The Fargo Force clinched a spot in the 2018 Clark Cup Playoffs this past weekend as well making it the first time the team has made the playoffs in back to back seasons since 2013. With just six regular season games remaining, the Western Conference will be a battle until the end for position for playoffs. The Force sit tied in first place with the Waterloo Black Hawks (Force hold the tiebreaker over Waterloo). The top two teams this season will receive byes in the playoffs.
