BOSSIER CITY, LA - Now you can stay connected to the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs in a whole new way by following team Captain Brett Smith on his new Twitter account! Under the name "Captainbug", Smith will be tweeting about what's happening with the team both home and away throughout the season.
"Smitty" will bring you inside the life of a Mudbugs player, tweeting about everything from games and road trips to practical jokes and hot topics amongst the players. He'll also provide the perspectives of teammates through his tweets to bring you closer to Mudbugs hockey than you've ever been before! The Mudbugs are currently on the road in Laredo, Texas preparing for their first matchup of the season with the Bucks at Laredo Energy Arena. Opening faceoff is set for 7:00 pm with pregame coverage starting at 6:45 on AM 1130 KWKH. The game will also be shown live on CHL-TV.
