Regular Season Records
The Flash finished the regular season 32-18 and as champions of the West Division. The Wizards were 27-23, second in the Central Division.
The Series
Dakota won both meetings this season and leads the all-time series 4-0.
Who's Next and Where?
The winner of this game will meet the Colorado 14ers in the 2009 NBA Development League Finals. The 14ers defeated Austin in the other semi-final matchup on Saturday. Colorado is the top seed in the postseason and will have home court advantage in the Finals. Game 1 will be played at either Utah or Dakota, with Games 2 and 3 (if necessary) played in Broomfield, Colo.
Koufos Recalled
Rookie center Kosta Koufos was recalled by the Utah Jazz on April 17 and is not eligible to be reassigned to the Flash. NBA rules prohibit a player from being assigned once the NBA regular season is complete. In 10 regular season games with the Flash the rookie from Ohio State averaged 29.6 minutes, 16.7 points and 8.4 rebounds. In one playoff game he averaged 21.0 minutes, 5.0 points and 5.0 rebounds.
