New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release

MANCHESTER, N.H. - The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (23-25) and New Britain Rock Cats (22-25) were suspended heading into the bottom of the fourth inning in the opener to their holiday weekend series on Friday night. The Fisher Cats were leading the game 3-2 when the skies opened, forcing the suspension of the contest.

The teams will resume the game as part of a suspended-game doubleheader on Saturday evening at 5:05 p.m. The game will begin in the bottom of the fourth with the Fisher Cats coming to the plate. It will be played to its regularly-schedule nine-inning conclusion, and will be followed by Saturday's scheduled game shortened to seven innings.

Fans with tickets to Friday's game can exchange those for any future 2013 regular season game, based upon availability. Tickets for Saturday's scheduled contest will be good for both the suspended game and the scheduled game.

Tickets may be exchanged at the Northeast Delta Dental Stadium beginning at 9 a.m. on game days, and continuing through the end of each game. On non-game days, the Box Office is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday. To purchase tickets to Saturday's game or any future game, visit the Box Office, call (603) 641-2005, or visit www.nhfishercats.com.

Saturday's game features post-game Atlas Fireworks. Fans can also play USA Subs Baseball Bingo. Radio coverage of the games will begin at 4:45 p.m. with Tom Gauthier and Charlie Sherman on the WGIR Fisher Cats Radio Network and www.nhfishercats.com.
