Toronto - The 2003 Canadian Football Canadian College Draft was held via conference call at the League's Head Office. The following are the 1st Round selections made in sequential order.

MORLEY, STEVEN

College Accomplishments: 2002 - AUS All-Star... AUS Lineman of the year 2001 - AUS All-Star.
High School: Queen Elizabeth High School
High School Accomplishments: - Rookie of the year in 1996 - First Team All-Star in 1997 and 1998 - Lineman of the Year in 1998

McGRATH, JOE
Selected 2nd Overall by the Calgary Stempeders

Offensive Tackle, 6'5", 288 lbs.
Born: November 27, 1980, Moose Jaw, SK
Major: Business Management & Organization
College: Miami
College Accomplishments: 2001 - Played in 7 games during National Championship run. 2000 - Played in 4 games.
High School: Vanier Academy, Prep
High School Accomplishments: - Served as team captain during junior and senior seasons. - Regarded as the No. 2 lineman in Canada upon high school graduation. Notes: - "Good pass protector with good feet and quickness". - In high school he played two seasons of varsity basketball, where he assisted his team to the city championship as a senior.
