Everett AquaSox News Release
The premiere game of the Everett AquaSox 2004 season is Friday, June 18, at Everett Memorial Stadium at 7 p.m. The three-game series against the Vancouver Canadians features post-game fireworks, GameWorks Game Cards and Seattle Mariners Photo Baseballs.
Friday, June 18 â Opening Night! A sparkling fireworks show presented by Tulalip Casino will conclude the first AquaSox game of the season. Magnetic Schedules will go to the first 1,000 fans through the gates, thanks to Cascade Rehabilitation Associates, Summit Rehabilitation and NorthSound 1380 AM. It's also a Wells Fargo Hit a Home Run in School Night, with hundreds of kids attending the game for free, courtesy of the AquaSox and Wells Fargo.
Saturday, June 19 â The first 1,000 fans to the ballpark will receive GameWorks Game Cards from GameWorks of Seattle. Kids can bust a move and grove to the music of Radio Disney 1250 AM's Rockin' Recess on the main concourse prior to the game. More school kids will watch an AquaSox game for free, thanks to the AquaSox, Wells Fargo and Pepsi as part of the Wells Fargo Hit a Home Run in School program. The game starts at 7:05 p.m. and gates open at 6 p.m.
Sunday, June 20 â Mariners Magic Night with the Mariner Moose â Spoil Dad on Fathers' Day by taking him out to the ballgame! Highlighting the evening will be the antics of the Mariner Moose who is scheduled to appear, and the first 1,000 kids 12 and under will receive Seattle Mariner Photo baseballs, courtesy of the Mariners. Plus, it's another Wells Fargo Hit a Home Run in School Night, courtesy of Wells Fargo and Verizon SuperPages. Sunday's game starts at 4:05 p.m. Gates open at 3 p.m.
