The Suns will be offering two opportunities for fans to enjoy fireworks over the Independence Day weekend - after the July 3rd game against the Lexington Legends and after the July 5th concert featuring country-music star John Michael Montgomery.
The Fireworks Extravaganza on July 3rd, presented by Smoking Stops Here, The Picket News, WJAL TV68 and Oldies 106.9FM, will begin immediately after the game concludes. Gates open to the park at 6:05pm with gametime slated for 7:05pm. Washington County Health System will be hosting their employee appreciation event at the ballpark this night and the game is also another "Thirsty Thursday," featuring $1 domestic drafts and $1.50 import draft beers, courtesy of Magic 101.5FM, STAR 92.1FM and WAYZ 104.7FM.
On July 5th, gates open to Municipal Stadium at 5:30pm with Opening Acts Possum Hollar and Shannon Lawson beginning at 6:30pm. John Michael Montgomery begins perfroming at 8pm with the Fireworks show, courtesy of WAYZ 104.7FM, slated to begin right after the concert concludes.

Boys and girls, ages 7-12, will love getting instruction in the fundamentals of the game from our professional players and coaches.
