Firebirds Pick Swap with Steelheads Ahead of OHL Priority Selection this Weekend

Flint, Mich. - The Flint Firebirds announced today that they have made a trade with the Mississauga Steelheads ahead of this weekend's OHL Priority Selection.
The Firebirds will receive a 2025 5th-round pick (Originally owned by Sarnia). In return, they will be sending their own 2023 6th-round pick to Mississauga.
The 2023 OHL Priority Selection, presented by Real Canadian Superstore, takes place on Friday, April 21 at 7:00 p.m. ET for rounds 1-3 and Saturday, April 22 beginning at 9:00 a.m. for rounds 4-15. All 15 rounds of the draft will be available to be streamed on CHL TV.
