FireAntz Young named to SEHL All-Star Team

[FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.] – The South East Hockey League (SEHL) announced today that Scott Young has been named to the 2004 SEHL All-Star Team. The native of Burlington, Ontario joined the FireAntz in December. Young leads all defenseman in scoring with 10 goals, 24 assists, and 34 points in 35 games played. In those games, Young is a plus 19 and has 68 penalty minutes.

"The minute he came into our organization, he has made a difference. He's been the most influential player on the ice since he came to the South East Hockey League." Head Coach Scott Rex added, "I brought Scott into this level knowing he would be a great teacher for the young guys on this team. As a veteran, he logs an incredible amount of minutes each game and plays in all critical situations."

The Cape Fear FireAntz play host to the Knoxville Ice Bears in Game #2 of the First Round of the South East Hockey League Playoffs. Game #2 will take place on Sunday, March 28th, at 5:05 pm at the Crown Coliseum.
