
Fireantz opening night

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.] - The President's Cup Champion Fayetteville FireAntz of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) will be kicking off their 2007-08 season this Friday, October 26th at 7:30 pm at the Crown Coliseum against the Twin City Cyclones.
It will be a Championship Evening featuring the unveiling of the 2006-07 Championship Banner. The FireAntz will be wearing ceremonial SPHL Champion Jerseys that will be available to fans to purchase via a post-game auction. Additionally, the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive commemorative championship rally towels courtesy of Haral Carlin, Attorney-at-Law.
Jim Combs, the new Commissioner of the SPHL, will be in attendance to help kick-off the 2007-08 Southern Professional Hockey League Season. Also, the President's Cup will be displayed at the game and fans may get an up-close look.
