
Final Lady Renegades Football 101 Seminars this weekend

OTTAWA â A reminder that the second and final weekend of the Ottawa Renegades Football Club's Football 101 seminars will be taking place this weekend. The Ottawa Renegades players are pleased to once again offer the event on Saturday afternoon and evening (two sessions). The seminars are available to women only and will teach the basics of the game of football. Four Renegades players and special guest Head Coach Joe Paopao will teach the three hour seminar.
⢠The basics of football will be taught by those who best know the game; the Renegades players.
⢠The Renegades players who will be teaching the classes are: Ottawa natives and offensive linemen #63 Mike Sutherland, #57 Val St Germain; defensive back, #3 Donnie Ruiz and offensive lineman #52 George Hudson.
⢠Lady Renegades Football 101 includes a full tour of the locker room and stadium facilities.
⢠Each Student receives Two (2) Tickets to a 2005 Renegades Home Game, the Football 101 Booklet as well as gifts from Holt Renfrew.
⢠Refreshments provided by Kettleman's Bagel Co., Interactive Nutrition & Pizza Pizza will be served.
⢠Classes will be fun, informative, and provide entertaining interaction with the players.
⢠Lady Renegades Football 101 camps reflect the Renegades' commitment to be accessible to their fans.
⢠A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.
⢠Warning: Graduates of the seminar will be subjected to the annoying task of having to explain the game to everyone else they watch with; especially husbands, fathers, sons, and boyfriends!
⢠Two (2) Classes to choose from: May 14th. Class times are: 12:00pm-3:00pm & 4:00pm-7:00pm.
