Dubuque Fighting Saints News Release

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The Fighting Saints will make 25 new hires for one night only- and they're all kids! The new hires will join the Fighting Saints for the popular "Kids Run the Rink Night," sponsored by ManorCare and with media partner Xtreme 107.1 FM on February 26.

Your child could join public address announcer Rob Spangler, in-arena host Brent Johnson, or our entire promotions staff as part of all of the fun. Kids will also put their own spin on the music selections during the game, as one child will be selected as the game DJ for an intermission.

To be eligible, kids must be between the ages of 7 and 12, and can enter the contest by using the form on Xtreme 107's website . The winners of the contest will receive two tickets to the February 26 game. They will be contacted by Xtreme 107 and the Fighting Saints.

Two special roles are up for grabs, as your child could join the radio broadcast with the Voice of the Fighting Saints, Jordan Kuhns, or announce the starting lineups from center ice. Send an email with the link to a YouTube video showcasing your child's skills to info@dubuquefightingsaints.com. The winning video will be posted to the Fighting Saints Facebook page on Tuesday, February 23.

For tickets to Kids Run the Rink Night, call the box office at 563.583.6880, or go online to DubuqueFightingSaints.com.
