
Fighters Take Down Xtreme, 34-26, to Claim Second Victory

LOUISVILLE, K.YÃÂ - The Xtreme started out strong and looked as if they would end their two game losing streak. The Xtreme struck first and took a 6-0 lead with a touchdown pass from Dalton to Athey. The Fighters answered with a touchdown run by Felton to take a 7-6 lead.
The Xtreme would add two more scores to take a commanding 20-7 lead late into the 2nd quarter. However, with 1 second left on the clock the Fighters scored on a TD pass from Bane to Munson to cut the lead to 20-14.
The 2nd half would see Frisco come alive. Bane hits Evans for TD to tie the game 20-20 in the 3rd quarter. Frisco would add another score as Heard runs it in to make it 27-20.
The Xtreme would answer on a QB keeper by Dalton Oliver to cut Frisco's lead 27-26, but Frisco would answer with the final score of the game. Another touchdown pass from Bane to Munson to put it away 34-26.
