LOUISVILLE, K.YÃÂ - In a sloppy game, the Frisco Fighters came out on top with a win over the Louisville Xtreme. Final score 34-26.ÃÂ
The Fighters put on a lackluster performance in the first half and headed to the locker room trailing at half, 20-13 Louisville.ÃÂ ÃÂ
The momentum shifted in the second half, and the Fighters came out and made plays, both offensively and defensively, to win the game. ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ
Defense held Louisville to only six points in the second half, led by Charles Williams with three sacks, Malcolm Goines with two sacks, and Donald Louis with one sack.ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ
The Fighters advance into bye week 2-0. The first home game is June 5thÃÂ at 7:05 p.m. CT at Comerica Center.
