Field Of Dreams Set To Play Ball

WHAT: On Friday, August 17th, the Fresno Grizzlies Community Fund, Clovis Unified School District and Granite Construction will dedicate the Junior Grizzlies Field of Dreams. The field is made of all rubber and is accommodating to kids in wheelchairs and walkers. Junior Grizzlies is a baseball league for kids with physical and mental disabilities. The field will be home to the Junior Grizzlies baseball league and Clovis Unified Special Education students. The field was built with private and corporate donations as well as over $200,000 in construction services donated by Granite Construction.

1550 Herndon Ave, Clovis

WHEN: Friday, August 17th at 10 AM

PHOTO/ Grizzlies Ownership, CUSD Board Members and CUSD Superintendent Bradley and

VIDEO Granite Construction staff will participate in ceremonial ribbon cutting and dedication. Fresno Grizzlies players will play ball with Junior Grizzlies players and Clovis Unified students.
