FC Dallas (5-6-3, 18 points) hosts the Seattle Sounders FC (7-2-5, 26 points) on Saturday, June 1 at 7PM CT at Toyota Stadium in a match presented by Pepsi. This will be the first of two meetings between the clubs this season, with FC Dallas traveling to CenturyLink Field for a September 18 match.

Honorary Scarfer: Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings will perform the ceremonial scarfing of the Lamar Hunt statue at 6:30PM. Mayor Rawlings will also take a penalty kick at halftime of the match. FC Dallas will donate $500 to The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center if he scores.

Giveaway: First 5,000 fans who enter Toyota Stadium gates will receive a poncho keychain courtesy of Pepsi.

FC Dallas is winless in its last six matches with its last victory coming on the road in Atlanta on April 20. Dallas is 0-4-2 over the last six matches and has been outscored 10-4 during the stretch.

FC Dallas at the U-20 World Cup

FC Dallas players Edwin Cerrillo, Paxton Pomykal and Brandon Servania advanced with the U-20 U.S. Men's Youth National Team to the Knockout Rounds of the U-20 FIFA World Cup in Poland after finishing second in Group D. Servania played in all three group matches and scored the U.S.' lone goal in their 2-1 loss to Ukraine in the opening game. Pomkyal started the team's first two matches, serving as the captain in both, while Cerrillo has yet to feature for Tab Ramos' side. The U.S. men will play the winner of Group E in the Round of 16 on Tuesday, June 4 in Bydgoxzcz, Poland.

FC Dallas has only dropped one game at Toyota Stadium this season. Further, the club has a stellar record against Seattle when playing at home. FCD has a six-game undefeated home streak in league play against the Sounders dating back to April of 2014, as well as earning four wins and five draws in all competitions since it last lost to the Sounders in Frisco.

The Seattle Sounders have proven to be a tough opponent for Dallas over the years. FCD's all-time record against the Sounders is 6-12-6 with only one of those wins coming in Seattle. FC Dallas has accumulated a 5-3-5 record against the Sounders all time in Frisco at Toyota Stadium.

About Seattle

The Sounders started the season in fantastic form earning five wins and one draw before it dropped its first game against LAFC in April. Since that run, however, Seattle has managed two wins in its last eight matches and recently had a scoreless draw with Philadelphia followed by a narrow 3-2 defeat to Sporting Kansas City.
