TULSA - A goal conceded in each half spoiled FC Tulsa's weekend home debut at ONEOK Field on Saturday night as Sporting KC II beat Tulsa 2-1 on an early second half goal.

Despite dominating throughout much of the first half, Tulsa struggled to finish its numerous chances and eventually found itself down midway through the opening period when former Roughneck, Fredlin Mompremier hit a volley past Tulsa keeper Sean Lewis in the 20' minute.

FC Tulsa finally found the net in the 39' minute when Captain Ariel Martínez pounced on a mishit back-pass to the keeper. Martínez was first to the ball and chipped the SKC II keeper to level the scoreline at 1-1.

Sporting KC II found the winner in the 55' minute when young striker Wilson Harris found space on the short side of the net. The sides went goalless through the final 35 minutes to seal Tulsa's fate.
