
FC Dallas Kicks off 2023 Season with New Menu Items at Toyota Stadium Featuring Big Flavor and Expanded Offerings

FRISCO, TX - FC Dallas debuted its Texas-sized new menu items for the 2023 MLS season today at a culinary tasting in the Gallagher Club at the National Soccer Hall of Fame. The new offerings will be available starting February 25 when FC Dallas begins its 28th MLS season against Minnesota United at Toyota Stadium at 7:30 PM CT in a match presented by UT Southwestern Medical Center (Tickets, MLS Season Pass).
The Legends Hospitality culinary team at Toyota Stadium directed by Executive Chef Erika Dabney and General Manager Kristy Rempel presented the new menu additions with FC Dallas at the showcase.
"We know FC Dallas fans love spicy, bold and fresh flavors, and more and more fans seek out vegetarian and vegan offerings," said Chef Dabney. "Families also come to matches hungry and love to share items together in the fun environment. Our work together to develop the new additions focused on building on our successes like the Monster Taco and our delicious new-twist approaches to classics, along with vegetarian and fresh flavor menu selections. We're so excited to bring the 2023 season's new additions to fans."

The excellence of the food for FC Dallas matchday adds that key element of the excitement and fun, and this season's menu has some major flavor wins," said Rempel. "Our delicious 2023 FC Dallas season arrivals build upon our strong foundation of Chef-created fan favorites and bring even more variety as we continue to provide impressive and satisfying options for everyone."
"We're also so excited to launch our Everything's Bigger in Texas Stand, where fans will enjoy big portion, shareable items for the family like our famous Monster Taco, as well as the new Double Stacked Quesadillas," said Rempel.
FC Dallas fans at Toyota Stadium will also enjoy Coca-Cola with the stellar FC Dallas 2023 season menus. The club launched a multi-year partnership that makes Coca-Cola the official carbonated beverage and bottled water partner of FC Dallas, North Texas SC, the FC Dallas Academy and FC Dallas Youth. Coca-Cola, which is an MLS partner, will have exclusive pouring rights at Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center as well as the home of North Texas SC, Choctaw Stadium in Arlington.
NEW TOYOTA STADIUM MENU OFFERINGS FOR 2023 FC DALLAS SEASON:
Double Stacked Quesadilla
Four 12" Chipotle tortillas filled infused together with a blend of Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese, stuffed with sautéed peppers and onions, half pound of adobo chicken, half pound of adobo steak and served with fire roasted salsa.

Hot Nashville Chicken Mac n Cheese featuring Casa M Spice
Creamy white cheddar mac and cheese, topped with Nashville hot sauce and BBQ spice, finished with fresh green onions and CASA M Chain Reaction spice.

Vegan Tenders
Crispy plant-based chicken tenders with house made vegan honey mustard dipping sauce.

Birria Grilled Cheese
Five-hour braised beef short ribs, melted Monterey jack and cheddar slices grilled between two buttered sliced of Texas toast. Served with a side of consommé.

Texas Caviar Salad
Vegan/vegetarian chilled bean and corn salad with apple and cilantro vinaigrette.

Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
Grilled seasonal vegetables, peppery arugula and vegan tomato veganaise on fresh-baked vegan artisan sandwich bread.
Location: Stand 2 - East Side Kitchen, Stand 10 - Corner Kick.
Elote on a Stick
Fresh corn on the cob smothered in cotija and chipotle mayo, topped with hot sauce and fresh cilantro, served with a fresh lime wedge.

Funnel Sticks with Cherry Sauce
Fresh twist on the beloved classic funnel cake with fresh fried funnel cake sticks, topped with powdered sugar and sweet cherry dipping sauce.
Location: Stand 5 - Burgers and More, Stand 8 - Heineken Corner.
The famous and scrumptious Monster Taco that satisfies just all fans' appetites featuring one pound of barbacoa, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and hot sauce inside a crispy fried flour shell, is also returning to the FC Dallas match day menu at Toyota Stadium at the Everything's Bigger in Texas Stand.
2023 SEASON OPENER
FC Dallas kicks off the 2023 MLS regular season at home against Minnesota United FC on February 25 at 7:30PM CT in a match presented by UT Southwestern Medical Center (Tickets, MLS Season Pass).
