Players should wear their own soccer gear and be prepared to run soccer drills as well as complete basic fitness workouts. All prospects should bring a printed resume of their soccer experience.

"We are excited to begin building our team," said Jeff Berding, President and General Manager of FC Cincinnati. "We're expecting to fill our roster with a mix of recent college graduates, USL and MLS veterans as well as a limited number of international players."

FC Cincinnati will join the USL East Division and play its season from March through September. John Harkes, a veteran of Major League Soccer and the U.S. National Team, has been named head coach. For more information on tryouts and tickets for the 2016 season, visit www.fccincinnati.com.

FC Cincinnati will compete at new Nippert Stadium, which recently completed $85 million in renovation. The Stadium sports a new four-story pavilion on the west side with space for private suites, indoor club seating and loge boxes. The renovation increased capacity to approximately 40,000 spectators. FC Cincinnati will use the expanded Nippert Stadium area for pre- and post-match activities, encouraging fans to come early and enjoy the exciting atmosphere that USL soccer can create.
