
Falcons Sign Bayrack to PTO

Springfield, Mass. â The Springfield Falcons, American Hockey League affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lightning, today announced that the club has signed left wing Mike Bayrack to a professional tryout.
Bayrack, 26, leads the Danbury Trashers of the United Hockey League (UHL) with 29 goals among 57 points this season. The Edmonton native also skated five AHL games with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers earlier this season without registering points.
Bayrack finished last season tied for fourth in goal scoring in the ECHL, netting 36 markers with the Greensboro Generals. The 5-11, 185-pound forward won a UHL Colonial Cup championship as a member of the Muskegon Fury in 2002.
The Falcons host the Portland Pirates on Friday night and the Hartford Wolf Pack on Saturday evening at the Springfield Civic Center. Tickets are available through the Civic Center box office.
