March 12, 2011 - The Springfield Falcons lost to the Albany Devils 2-1 on Saturday night at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY. Alexander Vasyunov opened the scoring for Albany when he converted on the power play at 15:05 of the first period.

The Falcons tied the score at 1-1 in the second period when Tomas Kana scored his second goal of the year assisted by Tomas Kubalik at 7:49 of the middle frame.

In the third period, Brad Mills gave the Albany Devils a 2-1 lead at 6:39 when he scored his 10th goal of the year.
