Bloomington Extreme News Release
BLOOMINGTON, (Ill.)-This Friday at 7:00 p.m. the Bloomington Extreme (5-5) will face-off against the La Crosse Spartans (1-8) at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, Wis. With only four games left in the regular season, Bloomington must win them all to have a chance at reaching the play-offs.
This will be the seconding meeting between Bloomington and La Crosse this season. In the previous match-up, the Extreme overwhelmed the Spartans in a 54-18 victory. Extreme quarterback Rocky Hinds scored three touchdowns on 16-of-21 passing for 123 yards with one interception in the contest. Bernard Payton played his best game of the year against the Spartans, racking up 73 yards and three touchdowns on 10 carries.
