ROUND ROCK, Texas - Omar Quintanilla provided the game-winning RBI single as the Round Rock Express (19-10) rallied past the Nashville Sounds (9-19) 9-8 Saturday night at The Dell Diamond. The Express won their second game in a row on a walk-off RBI single.

With the score tied 8-8, Brian Barden doubled to right-center, advanced to third on Chad Tracy's single to left and then scored on Quintanilla's RBI single to right field. Quintanilla, playing in his first game with the Express, had two hits with one run scored and one RBI on the night. Mark DiFelice (1-1) got the loss for the Sounds in 1.0 inning of work, giving up four hits and two runs.

Esteban German led off the first with a triple to left-center field and later scored on Endy Chavez's RBI groundout. Chad Tracy added an RBI single in the inning to make the score 2-0.

The Sounds answered with three runs in the second inning. Jordan Brown had an RBI double and Luis Figueroa and Caleb Gindl added RBI singles.

Mat Gamel had a solo home run in the fourth and a two-run home run in the fifth to push Nashville's lead to 6-2. Gamel finished the day a triple shy of the cycle going 4-for-5 with four runs scored and three RBI.

The Express scored three runs in the sixth inning on Tracy's three-run home run that landed in the home run porch in left field. The Sounds quickly answered with two in the seventh for an 8-5 lead.

With two outs in the eighth inning, Doug Deeds walked, Quintanilla singled and Matt Kata was hit by a pitch. Kevin Cash followed with a three-RBI double to left field to tie the game 8-8.

Tracy finished the game 3-for-5 with four RBI and one run scored.

Justin Miller (2-0) pitched 2.0 scoreless innings with one walk and no hits to get the win. Express starter Derek Hankins lasted 4.2 innings giving up 10 hits, six earned runs, one walk and three strikeouts.

The Express and Sounds continue their four-game series Sunday at 1:05 p.m. CDT. Right-hander Seth McClung (1-0, 2.91 ERA) will take the mound for the Express, while left-hander Chase Wright (0-2, 5.40 ERA) is scheduled to start for the Sounds.
