
Everett Battles to an Overtime Loss

October 29, 2004: At the Three Rivers Coliseum in Tri-Cities, WA the Everett Silvertips battled to a 3-2 loss against the Tri-City Americans in overtime.
After playing a scoreless first period, Karel Hromas, making his fifth of the year, put one past the Americans' goaltender. Answering his teammates' goal, Tyler Dietrich scored halfway through the second, bringing his season total to number six. Aiding their teammates tonight were Barry Horman, Torrie Wheat, Zach Hamill and Mark Kress. In goal tonight, Mike Wall stopped 33 of 36 shots.
For the Americans, Dylan Stanley helped his team by putting two pucks in the goal, one of them the game winner in overtime. The other point by Tri-Cities was made by Andy Thompson. Shawn Belle made his appearance by completing two assists.
Tomorrow night, October 30th, the Silvertips face off against the Portland Winterhawks at the Everett Events Center. The puck drops at 7:05pm.
