
Eskimos Agree to Terms with All-Star Kicker

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimos have agreed to terms with free agent kicker Damon Duval, the club announced today.
Duval spent the past six seasons with the Montreal Alouettes where he won two Grey Cups ,and was named a CFL All-Star in 2007 and a four time CFL East All-Star (2006, ¬â¢07, ¬â¢08, ¬â¢09). Duval is the 17th leading scorer in CFL history (1,142 pts); set the all time CFL single season scoring record (242 pts) in 2009 and ranks 8th all-time in Grey Cup scoring.
Eskimo General Manager Eric Tillman says ¬ÅWe reached an agreement with Damon this past weekend and he ¬â¢ll sign upon arrival in Edmonton. He ¬â¢s a proven CFL veteran and we think he ¬â¢ll help our club in many ways ¬Â.
Duval is expected at Eskimo training camp tomorrow.
