
Error Filled Ninth Propels Snappers to Victory

The Snappers came back after a 3-0 deficit to beat the Burlington Bees 5-4 Saturday night at Pohlman Field.
Snappers right handed pitcher Miguel Munoz picked up his 11th win of the 2010 season which leads the Snappers pitching staff as Munoz pitched an inning and a third with one strike out.
Michael Harrington and Daniel Santana both collected multiple hits in the contest as Josmil Pinto drove in a pair of runs for the Snapper offense.
The "Brodie Trophy Player of the Game" is left fielder Wang Wei Lin who led off the ninth frame with an infield single and would score the game winning run. Lin also scored two runs and earned a base on balls.
The Snappers will send right hander Pedro Guerra to the mound Sunday afternoon for game two of the four game set. It will also be former Snapper Ben Revere bobblehead giveaway with the first 500 fans receiving a wrist band for a Ben Revere bobblehead. Gates open at 1:00PM for the 2:00PM contest.
