Tonight, the SeaWolves will go for their fifth consecutive win as they take on the Richmond Flying Squirrels (San Francisco Giants) in the final game of a four-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Erie is in search of its fifth series sweep of the season. Last night, the 'Wolves jumped ahead early and went on to take down the Squirrels 4-1. Erie has outscored Richmond 12-5 in the first three games of the series. A win tonight would split the season series between the two clubs. A win tonight would put Erie just a half game behind the fifth place Flying Squirrels...The 'Wolves send lefty Jon Kibler to the mound making his 27th and final start of the season. Kibler is making his 15th start with the SeaWolves. In his last start at Akron, Kibler was roughed up for seven runs on seven hits with a season-high six walks and two strikeouts in just four innings of work. The lefty has worked fewer than five innings in his last three Double-A starts dating back to June. Tonight will be his first start against the Flying Squirrels...Righty Mike MacDonald takes the mound for Richmond making his 27th appearance and 23rd start. He has appeared twice against the SeaWolves and has allowed six runs on 13 hits in 11.1 innings. He took a no-decision in his last start against Altoona, shutting out the Curve for five innings with two walks and three strikeouts.
