
Energy Fall In Game 2 Against Utah 119-118

DES MOINES, IA, April 11, 2011 - The Iowa Energy dropped a 119-118 decision to the Utah Flash Monday night, setting the stage for a decisive game 3 Tuesday night in Des Moines.
The Energy held a 59-55 lead at halftime before Utah stormed back in the 3rd quarter. Behind 23 points in the game from Orien Greene, Utah got the score to within one point at 81-80 heading into the 4th quarter.
With the Energy up by three and just over a minute left, Flash guard Kevin Kruger tied the game at 109-109. After a pair of Curtis Stinson free throws put Iowa back up, Kruger drilled another three to give Utah the lead.
After the two teams traded buckets, a pair of free throws by Greene put Utah up one. Iowa's Stefhon Hannah had his layup attempt blocked, and Utah made a pair of free throws to put the Flash up three. The Energy's Moses Ehambe missed a 3-pointer with time running out, and the Energy were forced to foul. Ronald Dupree made one of two free throws to ice the game for Utah.
Stinson led Iowa with 34 points, 13 assists and 9 rebounds.
