Bighorns to Host Game Two of Playoff Series Tuesday Night

RENO, Nev.- After winning the first game on the road in their best-of-three playoff series, the Reno Bighorns will play host to the Erie BayHawks Tuesday night at 7 p.m. in the Reno Events Center with a chance to advance to the second round.

Reno defeated Erie, 106-101, on Sunday night in Erie to take a 1-0 lead in the first round of the NBA Development League playoffs. After trailing by as many as 11 points in the fourth quarter, the 'Horns roared back to win Game One. Bighorns leading scorer Marcus Landry led the comeback, pouring in 12 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter.

Tickets are still available for Tuesday's 7 p.m. game, and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com, at the Silver Legacy box office or by calling the Bighorns office at (775) 284-2622. Group discounts are available for all non-profit organizations and any group of 10 people or more.

Reno is the second-overall seed in the playoffs, and chose Erie as their first-round opponents. Pursuant to D-League rules, the top three seeds entering the playoffs can choose their opponent in the first round of the playoffs. Reno chose Erie over Texas and Bakersfield, after top-seeded Iowa picked Utah first.

Game Three of the series, if necessary, will be played Thursday night at 7 p.m. in the Reno Events Center.

Bighorns playoff ticket packages are on sale now, and can be purchased by calling (775) 284-2622 or visiting RenoBighorns.com. Fans can purchase tickets to individual games or buy a six-game package, with any extra game tickets being refunded or credited to a 2011-12 ticket plan.
