EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks are acquiring a fourth round pick in the 2024 CFL Draft from the Ottawa Redblacks for the playing rights to National linebacker Kevin Francis in a trade announced Tuesday. The pick will be the highest of Ottawa's selections in the fourth round of the 2024 Draft.
