
Earthquakes Unveil 2015 Preseason Schedule, Including Friendly against LA Galaxy at Avaya Stadium

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes unveiled their 2015 preseason schedule on Thursday, a slate that includes matches in Arizona, Las Vegas, Sacramento and San Jose.
Among the featured items is a friendly with the LA Galaxy at Avaya Stadium on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. PT. The match attendance will be capped at 10,000 with Earthquakes season ticket holders getting the first opportunity to purchase tickets. Earthquakes season ticket holders will be able to use Ticketmaster Account Manager to buy their season ticket seats in the coming weeks.
The Earthquakes open camp on Monday, Jan. 26 in San Jose. The team will train in market for one week with matches against the club's U-18 Academy squad on Wednesday, Jan. 28 and the Sonoma County Sol on Saturday, Jan. 31.
Next up is a trip to Arizona from Feb. 2-10. While in Tucson, the Earthquakes will play three games, including: vs. Houston Dynamo on Wednesday, March 4 at 9 a.m. PT, vs. Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday, March 7 at 4 p.m. PT and vs. Portland Timbers on Tuesday, March 10 at 9:30 a.m. PT.
After the Arizona swing, the Earthquakes will be back in San Jose from Feb. 11-14. On Sunday, Feb. 15, the club will face the Colorado Rapids at Cashman Field in Las Vegas. Kickoff is 7 p.m. PT with tickets available at www.ticketfly.com .
The club will remain in Northern California after the match in Las Vegas. They'll face the Fresno Fuego at the Earthquakes Training Facility on Wednesday, Feb. 18 and then Sacramento Republic FC at Bonney Field on Saturday, Feb. 21. Kickoff for the match against Sacramento is 5 p.m. PT with ticket information to be announced at a later date. Next, San Jose will face SF Stompers FC on Wednesday, Feb. 25 at the club's training facility. The Earthquakes will then close their preseason against the LA Galaxy at Avaya Stadium.
