
Earthquakes to Hold Steven Lenhart Wig Night on Saturday, July 28

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the club will hold Steven Lenhart Wig Night on Saturday, July 28 when they face the Chicago Fire at Buck Shaw Stadium. The game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and 2,500 fans will receive blond wigs to honor the Quakes' high-flying forward.
Lenhart has scored five goals in 2012 to help the Quakes to their best start in team history with a 10-3-3 record. San Jose now leads Major League Soccer with 33 points.
The blond-haired striker is currently in his fifth MLS season and has scored 23 goals and notched seven assists in his career. He played his first three seasons with the Columbus Crew, helping them capture the 2008 MLS Cup Championship, before arriving in San Jose prior to the 2011 season.
