
Earthquakes September 29 Game Against Chicago Fire Will Now Air on Comcast SportsNet California

San Jose Earthquakes News Release
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that they will now regionally televise their match on Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. PT at Buck Shaw Stadium against the Chicago Fire. The game will no longer be broadcast on ESPN2, but will air on Comcast SportsNet California and will additionally be available on ESPN3.com. Fans can also listen to the match on 1220 KDOW in English and 1370 KZSF in Spanish. The game will not be available on Match Day Live on mlssoccer.com.
The Quakes currently hold the seventh playoff spot, tied with Seattle Sounders FC with 36 points. San Jose is 4-1-1 in the last six matches, and is looking to reach the playoffs for the first time since the return to MLS in 2008. The Quakes take on Toronto FC on Saturday, Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. PT in Toronto before they return home to host the Fire.
