
Earthquakes Recall Defender Oskar Ågren from Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes have recalled defender Oskar Ågren from his loan to USL Championship side Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC for the remainder of the Major League Soccer Season.
Ågren, 24, joined the Earthquakes as the 13th-overall selection in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft after leading the Clemson Tigers to a national championship in 2021. Ågren made 21 appearances and 20 starts for the Switchbacks.
Ågren will return to the Earthquakes for the remainder of the 2023 season, and will be available for the Quakes' home match against Real Salt Lake.
