San Jose Earthquakes News Release
SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes travel to Houston this week to take on the two-time defending MLS Cup Champion Houston Dynamo on Wednesday, Oct. 15 at Robertson Stadium. The match kicks off at 6 p.m. PT and will air live on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area and on the radio in Spanish on KLOK 1170 AM.
A loss Wednesday would put the Quakes on the verge of playoff elimination, but a win would put the Quakes right back in the hunt for one of the final three playoff berths.
The Quakes currently lead the season series between the two teams, 1-0-1. San Jose defeated Houston 2-1 on May 22 at Buck Shaw Stadium and the two teams played to a 1-1 tie on Sept. 13 at Buck Shaw.
