Durham Bulls News Release

Gwinnett Braves (59-73) vs. Durham Bulls (68-64); 7:05 p.m.

RHP Cody Martin (6-7, 3.51) vs. RHP Alex Colome (6-5, 3.68)

The Bulls open up a four-game set against the Gwinnett Braves in the final series of a 10-game homestand that spans three different series and 11 days. Durham is 5-5 over its last 10 contests, but is just 15-20 since the All-Star Break. Still, Durham has lost just 2.5 games on its division lead since the Break. Gwinnett - the Atlanta Braves' top affiliate - has won three in a row and four of its last five after going 5-10 over its first 15 games in August. Still, the G-Braves are just 30-48 since June 1st, the second-worst record in Triple-A Baseball in that span (Colorado Springs: 28-50). Tonight marks the first of six straight games between the teams, as they close out their season series with a two-game set in Gwinnett beginning 8/26 at Coolray Field.

- Tonight's game is presented by Booze It & Lose It, with a Friday Night Fireworks show presented by Duke Energy
