Duke Lacroix Named to USL Championship Team of the Week for Week 8

Colorado Springs, CO - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC and the USL Championship officially announced today that Duke Lacroix has been named to the Team of the Week for Week 8 of the 2023 season, presented by Konami eFootball.

Duke Lacroix earned Team of the Week honors thanks to his immensely impactful performance in the Colorado Springs Switchbacks' win against Charleston Battery last Saturday. Lacroix earned a beautiful assist for the Switchbacks opening goal on Saturday, as well as as winning nine of his twelve duels, two of two tackles, and held a passing accuracy of 67%.

The Switchbacks are 5-2-1 in the league with 16 points, sitting in 2nd place in the Western Conference. See the Switchbacks play this Friday, May 5th at home as they take on El Paso Locomotive FC for their Cinco de Mayo matchup. Tickets for that match and all others are available HERE.
