The Moncton Wildcats downed the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles 2-1 on Sunday.
Moncton had a 1-0 lead after the first period on Mark Barberio's powerplay goal at 18:33.
Cape Breton tied the game at 10:19 of the second with a goal by Patrick Lapostolle.
Marek Hrivik got the game winning goal for the Cats at 2:24 of a dramatic third period.
The Eagles outshot the Wildcats 29-26.
