Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the South Bend Cubs (affiliate of the Chicago Cubs) in the second game of a three-game series.

Series to Date/Streaks: The Dragons won the series opener last night, 3-2. Overall, the Dragons have won six straight games (they have not lost a game since April 7). South Bend's loss last night snapped their five-game winning streak.

2018 Team Notes

The Dragons have won six straight games. Their longest winning streak in 2017 was seven (two times; most recent: August 19-25). The Dragons have not won eight straight games since 2011.

Five of the six Dragons wins in the winning streak have been come-from-behind wins. In four of the six wins, they scored the tie-breaking run in their final at-bat of the game (bottom of the 8th or bottom of the 9th).

2018 Individual Notes

Hendrik Clementina is batting .500 on the year, going 9 for 18 with 2 HR and 3 doubles. His slugging percentage of 1.000 would lead the league by more than 100 points if he had enough plate appearances to qualify. His OPS is 1.500.
