
Dragons and Lumber Kings Blown Away

Clinton, IA â Due to the severe weather overnight in Eastern Iowa, Sunday's cold temperatures and high winds, the third game in the series between the Dayton Dragons (17-19) and Clinton Lumber Kings (14-19) has been postponed. Temps in the mid 40's, with a wind chill of 38 degrees along with 40 mph sustained winds and gusts in the mid 50's forced the Monday getaway day double header.
The Dragons and Lumber Kings will wrap up the four game series with a double header on Monday with two seven-inning games beginning at 6 PM. 1410 ESPN Radio will carry all of action live, beginning with the pre game show at 5:30 PM. LHP Jan Granado and RHP Eddy Valdez are the scheduled starters for the Dragons, while the Lumber Kings will go with a pair of right handers, Cesar Herrera and Nick Massett.
