
Doner & Siaha Named to USLC Team of the Week

SEASIDE, Calif. - Following the Club's impressive 1-0 win over Sacramento Republic FC in which the Union handed their NorCal rivals their first home loss of the season, Monterey Bay F.C. defender Morey Doner and goalkeeper Antony Siaha have been named to the USL Championship Team of the Week for Week 15 of the 2023 regular season.
For the second consecutive week, Doner has been recognized as a top-11 performer around the league. Not only did he record the game-winning assist in the Crisp and Kelp's win at Heart Health Park, but he also played a large part in the Club's shutout defensively. Overall, Doner won four duels, tallied two clearances and tackles, and finished the match with a 72% passing accuracy.
Siaha receives his first Team of the Week recognition of the 2023 season for his role in the team's shutout over the weekend, making five crucial saves to preserve the clean sheet. In addition, Siaha recorded five clearances, five punches and won all three of his duels on the night.

NEXT UP: Monterey Bay F.C. returns home next Saturday, June 24 for a fixture against Miami FC on Pride Night at Cardinale Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. PT.
